BBC969-27C
Wireless Busbar Temperature Controller with DisplayA panel-mount controller that receives readings from your wireless busbar and humidity sensors and shows them live on a colour display. When a threshold is crossed, it sounds its buzzer and switches relays for a hooter or circuit breaker.
- Colour display with live temperature and battery status for every sensor
- Supports up to 60 BBS350 sensors and 30 humidity sensors
- Inbuilt buzzer and two relays for temperature and humidity thresholds
- RS485 RTU output and internal RTC with daily maximum temperature log
Product overview
The BBC969-27C is the heart of a wireless busbar monitoring system. Installed in the control panel, it picks up RF signals from busbar sensors, humidity sensors and bus duct temperature sensors, and gives operators real-time temperature and battery status for every point on its built-in colour display.
Two dedicated relays add a layer of safety, driving a hooter or tripping a circuit breaker automatically when temperature or humidity thresholds are breached, while the inbuilt buzzer alerts people nearby. An RS485 RTU port passes all readings on to SCADA, PLC or BMS, and the internal real-time clock logs the maximum temperature for each day.

See it, hear it, act on it, right at the panel
Every sensor's temperature and battery status at a glance, right on the panel, with no PC needed.
An inbuilt buzzer plus relays for a hooter and circuit breaker respond to hot spots automatically.
RS485 RTU output sends every reading to your SCADA, PLC or BMS for central monitoring.
The internal RTC logs the maximum temperature each day for maintenance and audit reports.
