Engineer what’s next. Build it with us.
Build technology that keeps power flowing
Our sensors, controllers and software watch over switchgear in plants, data centres and utilities. Join a hands-on engineering team in Hyderabad where your work goes from the lab bench to live electrical installations.
Your designs prevent electrical failures, downtime and fires at customer sites across India and beyond.
Work across hardware, firmware, cloud and dashboards, and see how every layer of an IoT product fits together.
Low-power wireless, energy harvesting, RF in noisy electrical panels and real-time analytics.
A small, focused team where engineers own features end to end and learn from experienced mentors.
Find your role
Design and build the firmware inside our wireless busbar sensors, controllers and gateways, from low-power RF nodes to Modbus receivers and 4G gateways.
- Develop and maintain embedded C/C++ firmware for ARM Cortex-M and similar microcontrollers
- Build low-power wireless sensor nodes that run for years on a single battery or harvested energy
- Implement sub-GHz RF, Wi-Fi and 4G/LTE communication with AES-128 encrypted data links
- Develop Modbus RTU over RS485, UART, SPI and I²C interfaces for receivers and controllers
- Bring up new boards with the hardware team, and debug with oscilloscopes, logic analysers and JTAG/SWD
- Support field trials, firmware updates and root-cause analysis on customer installations
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, ECE, EEE or a related field
- 2–5 years of hands-on embedded C firmware development
- Experience with microcontroller peripherals, interrupts, timers and low-power modes
- Working knowledge of at least one wireless technology (sub-GHz RF, LoRa, BLE, Wi-Fi or cellular)
- Comfortable reading schematics and datasheets, and using lab instruments
- RTOS experience (FreeRTOS, Zephyr)
- Modbus, MQTT or other industrial protocols
- Python scripting for test automation
Build the dashboards our customers use to monitor switchgear around the clock: live heatmaps, trends, alarms and reports in the WBTMS web application.
- Develop responsive, high-performance interfaces in React and TypeScript for the WBTMS monitoring platform
- Build real-time views (heatmaps, gauges, phase comparisons) that update from live sensor data
- Create clear, accessible charts for temperature trends, alarms and analytics
- Turn designs into reusable components and maintain a consistent design system
- Integrate REST/WebSocket APIs with the backend team and handle loading, error and offline states
- Write tests and review code to keep the application reliable for industrial users
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2–4 years building production web applications with React and TypeScript
- Strong HTML, CSS and modern JavaScript, with an eye for detail and usability
- Experience with a charting library (Recharts, ECharts, D3 or similar)
- Familiarity with Git, code reviews and REST APIs
- Real-time data with WebSockets or MQTT
- Experience with industrial, IoT or SCADA dashboards
- Testing with Jest, React Testing Library or Playwright
Lead the hardware design of our next-generation sensors and controllers, from schematic and PCB layout through certification and volume production.
- Own the electronics design of new products from concept and component selection to production release
- Design mixed-signal and low-power circuits, including power management and energy harvesting
- Design RF front ends and antennas for sub-GHz and cellular products, with layout for EMC and isolation
- Lead schematic capture, multi-layer PCB layout reviews and design-for-manufacture/test
- Plan and run validation: thermal, EMI/EMC, environmental and reliability testing
- Mentor junior engineers and work closely with firmware, mechanical and manufacturing teams
- B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics, ECE or EEE
- 6+ years of hardware design for commercial or industrial products
- Strong analog, digital and power-supply design skills
- Hands-on with schematic and PCB tools (Altium, OrCAD or KiCad)
- Experience taking products through EMC/safety compliance and into production
- RF design and antenna matching
- Designs for high-voltage or harsh industrial environments
- Experience with CT-powered or energy-harvesting circuits
